Warwick successfully complete another extremely demanding project.

One of the tallest student residences in the world, with spectacular views of the London skyline, Chapter Spitalfields features an on-site gym, as well as a variety of social spaces including a karaoke room, cinema, library, bar/lounge area and communal study spaces.The work involved remodeling 54 two bedroom apartments into 108 self contained studio apartments. The programme was extremely demanding working 7 days a week over 6 week period.
